Many years later I discovered, to my surprise and delight, that Gary Klein had published a paper in the same voulme of the Journal of Phenomenological Psychology. The title was Phenomenological vs. behavioral objectives for training skilled performance.

Research Reports

During the 1970s I had produced a number of research report at the Institute of Psychology, but they are best forgotten. In 1978 I moved from the University of Aarhus to the Risø National Laboratories and left an academic tenure track position to become a research fellow under a Nordic programme on nuclear safety, somehting I have never regretted. The effect of that on my research was not insignificant.
